About Bagga
- Who is behind Bagga?
Bagga was founded by Kesmon and Thijs, two young entrepreneurs with a passion for fitness and entrepreneurship. They developed Bagga because they couldn't find a bag suitable for a busy life full of sports and work. - Are all bags in stock?
Yes. All bags are shipped directly from our own inventory in the Netherlands. Sometimes a product is sold out, and this will always be indicated with the product information. - What do other customers say about Bagga?

All products are designed in-house in the Netherlands. Production takes place with selected partners who always comply with European laws and regulations.
Order & Shipping
- When will my order be shipped?
On working days: ordered before 10pm = delivered the next day. - What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are always free within the Netherlands and Belgium. -
Will I get a track & trace?
Yes, you'll automatically receive an email with track & trace. Order on Sunday? You'll receive the code by the end of the day on Monday. Didn't receive a confirmation? Check your spam folder. Still nothing? Contact us via WhatsApp . - Can I still change or cancel my order?
If you're quick, yes! Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or call us . Once it's shipped, it's no longer possible.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
- Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 30-day return period from the moment your product is delivered. Returns are always free. - What are the conditions for returns?
Your bag must be unused and in its original condition. See the full return policy for more information. - How do I start a return?
Send us an email or WhatsApp with your order number. You'll then receive a free return label. - How does exchanging work at Bagga?
Want a different color or style? Let us know in your return request. If the item you want is in stock, we'll exchange it immediately and free of charge. - How long does it take to get my money back?
Within a few working days of receiving your return. - Can I return a used bag?
No, only bags in unused condition can be returned.
Problems & Warranty
- How long is the warranty?
You have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. - What is my warranty on?
Manufacturing defects such as broken zippers or buckles, loose seams, or construction issues are not covered. No user damage. - My bag was delivered damaged, what now?
Send us photos directly via WhatsApp . We'll resolve it quickly. - How does the warranty work?
Submit your complaint with a photo and order number via WhatsApp . We'll work with you to find the best solution. - My package is lost or didn't arrive, what should I do?
If something went wrong with your package's delivery, it's best to contact the carrier first. They have more information about your delivery than we do. If they can't help you, please contact us first. - I entered an incorrect address, what now?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the package hasn't shipped yet, we'll adjust it. Is your package already on its way? Please contact the relevant carrier.
